I checked out a day before and I requested a refund. No one has refunded me yet. Might stay at the level was horrible. There was a fight in the next apartment next to me which caused me not to feel comfortable or safe and not to sleep the moment I woke up the next morning I checked out, but I will still charge for two days. I want a refund for both days this was super important nights for me and my fiancé. He was going to propose to me and this is what took place a very horrible night

Clean property but washrooms need an upgrade- sink tap was cold unless left on 1 single setting in which case it was burning hot. Shower pressure was terrible. Sofa bed mattress was pretty dirty as well- a fresh washable mattress cover could do wonders.

Our stay was great. I will say a $22 amenities fee was stupid especially when you don't use the amenities ie pool/gym ect. This fee was not disclosed when I booked the room. But the room was fantastic, the bed was comfortable. It was clean. The service was great and very accommodating. The location was okay for where we needed to be in the city.

The room was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook meals. Loved the big windows. The bedroom had a dresser with lots of drawers and the closet had lots of shelves and hanging space. The parking garage was so convenient and you were assigned a parking space which so you didn;t have to search for a space and could easily remember where you parked. The only negative was the shower water pressure was very low. The location was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay there again.
