Nestled on a quiet, plush tree-lined historic street, we are nearby tasty restaurants, the University of Chicago campus, Lake Michigan, parks, museums, and the upcoming Obama Presidential Center. Attending events, festivals, and concerts? We are 10 - 15 minutes to McCormick Place, Grant Park, Soldier Field, United Center, Jackson Park, and the Loops. This Victorian home was originally built in 1893 the gutted to studs in 2024, and reintroduced in 2025 as a reimagined modern Victorian with today's luxuries.
Welcome to La Casa Negra. Guests have full access to the first floor unit of the property and shared use of the outdoor garden oasis. Use of the gas grill is allowed with permission at an additional cost. Please admire but do not touch any of the flowers, greenery, or vegetation in the garden. Pets are considered with a Pet Fee.
