I have stayed in many locations on the south states and all the employees have better attitude than this location. Maybe because we arrived on a holiday but that is no excuse for that. Main issues with attitude were the front desk. Restaurant staff was the best customer service that’s why I will give this location a 3 and not a 1. Food is also great.

We got into town and went to check in and couldn't find anyone at the counter, finally I found someone cleaning the floors and the clerk was sitting on the couch. She told me I would have to wait to check in 20 min as she was doing a night audit and she was on lunch. While we were waiting she proceeds to talk to the woman at the store area talking about other guests and what they were buying. She was not professional at all. The breakfast staff was very friendly. Rooms were okay. The hotel was kind of oddly situated we had to go in the building walk to one set of elevators upto the 15th floor and then across the floor to the other set of elevators and up to our floor. This was a bit inconvenient. I would not stay here again. Breakfast buffet was $26 per person. Breakfast was just okay.

Room- the TV didn't work. We had to keep calling for someone to come look at it. The pool was supposed to be heated but the maintenance man told us the heater was broke so the pool was ice cold. The staff was rude when checking in. When booking the room it was not stated that there was a 200 deposit.
