Staff was great but the room was extremely loud. From the 2nd floor, I could clearly hear conversations that were happening on the sidewalk. It's close enough to the L that you could hear the announcer every time a train came through. The radiator heat didn't work so the bathroom wasn't heated. But the window unit A/C worked and was loud enough to block out the external sounds. Not terrible but also relatively cheap.

The room was comfortable overall, though the heating and A/C setup was a bit unusual — the radiators seemed to turn on and off at random, making it hard to keep a consistent temperature. There were also no luggage carts available, likely because of the very small elevator. The staff wasn’t the warmest, and the view from the room was mostly bricks and cinder blocks. That said, the location and price were excellent, and I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially in warmer weather.

Nice hotel outside of the busy CBD. We picked this hotel due to its location. Having the train line right next door made traveling to/from the airport and checking out the city very convenient. The room was small but clean. We did not get the room upgrade we hoped for. Lots of great restaurants around. The hotel is older but I found it charming!
