Room was very clean, great location for local food and entertainment. If you want to eat in, there is a grocery store 1/2 block away. Would definitely stay here again.

Please read before you book!!! We stayed one night and had to leave due to mold inside and on the AC unit vents. The apartment was unbearably warm because we couldn’t safely use the AC without risking our health. A technician was sent but said he was only told to change the filter—and even he refused to touch the unit after inspecting it.We spent the night stressed, uncomfortable, and dealing with the host and VRBO until 3:30am. We had to book a last-minute hotel at double the cost. A partial refund was issued, but it doesn’t reflect the full impact of this experience.This property should not be listed. It’s unsafe, poorly maintained, and the host’s response was inadequate. I would not recommend this rental to anyone.

The apartment was nice and clean and pretty much updated to modern standards. The check in was ok, but once I had the keys it was a breeze. Neighborhood was clean and safe with a Jewel Osco 1/2 block away. Kitchen was nice. Overall very convenient for us to Belmont Harbor and Wrigglyville. Would stay there again.Host communicated very well.

Great location - clean, easy to get to, pleasant neighborhood with lots of things within walking distance. I stayed here because I wanted to stay away from downtown this trip and explore a different area of Chicago - especially the shore of Lake Michigan, art pieces on the shore, and the Lincoln Park Zoo. This location was perfect for that!The host was easy to communicate with and the checkin process was easy to follow. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The unit was as expected and very close to family we were visiting. The location is great! Jewel and Starbucks are right across the street. The neighborhood felt very safe to walk at night. The actual unit had everything we needed and was very clean. The space was very comfortable for 2 of us. The kitchen was well equipped which we used for making breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Chicago!!

This is a great location to hit the Lakeview neighborhood with Wrigley Field just a couple blocks over. When trying to get the check-in instructions, there were a lot of hoops to jump through to get the payment to the management company for this property. I had to contact the host (management company) multiple times to get the links to the forms to upload a driver's license and selfie holding said driver's license. Another URL to get to the payment Venmo account. And another URL for the check-in instructions. Just be aware of those steps in advance because it wasn't really stated on the Expedia website. Once that was satisfied, the rest of the trip went smoothly.
