Very reliable and safe and recommend because the Peire mall just 1 minute away and the Sogo Mall just 5 minutes away. Lots of restaurants in the area and all very delicious.

This is a great, spacious hotel, so convenient in the Chiba Train Station complex! And what a great breakfast buffet. So many choices - especially Japanese food. Very clean. Helpful staff both in Japanese and English.

Professional and friendly staff. Stayed one night before my flight at NRT airport the next day. I had breakfast included. I showed up 25 minutes before the breakfast buffet closed, and it looked like they were already getting things done for the morning. They were able to accommodate me even when I forgot my breakfast pass in my room, one of the staff members asked for my room number instead.
