The staffs are welcoming. The room is clean and decent. Free water, yogurt and fruits are extra point for this hotel. However, it is very noisy as in you are able to hear the sound from other rooms (people taking bath and walking/talking at the corridor) and in the morning there will be a special morning call by the staff washing the dishes at ground floor (my room is at 4th floor) and the breakfast ..

It was a new, kinda hipster like hotel and it was pretty cool! We loved the spaces, cleanliness, decor. We only believe that the staff could probably improve their english as we barely understood anything they said. Other than that it was great!

some good some bad....

the hotel is clean. rooms comfortable. good wifi. the afternoon staff friendly and helpful. however, some of the morning staff should improve. I suffer from food allergy. I asked to have simple rice for breakfast. the morning manager claimed they don't have rice. the next morning I asked for rice again and was told- no rice. since every Thai kitchen has rice, I insisted on getting rice. at that point a staff member went to the kitchen, opened the rice pot and gave me some rice. I don't know why they lied and claimed not to have rice. this small conflict made me feel uncomfortable, so I will not visit this hotel again.

Great boutique hotel

This new hotel is great value for money in a quiet street, about a 10 minute walk to One Nimman. Expats live around here. You will need a scooter or taxi to visit the old town/other areas of Chiang Mai. Each level of the hotel has a different ‘theme’ so make sure you request the theme if you’re fussy and care about the decor. We were given a room with lolly pink walls and tiled floor which felt like we were in a bathroom so we changed rooms to the contemporary style. Because the hotel is new the bed is comfortable and shower is great. My only negative is that the breakfast could be improved. There is only one toaster so you have to wait in line to use it. They also don’t have any black tea so I bought my own teabags. It would be nice if they had some more fruit options as well. In low season they should cook the eggs fresh to order because the fried eggs in the tray were cold. However they did cook us fresh ones when we asked about it, I know we are fussy but buffets only work when it’s busy unless they can keep the food hot.

Unlimited number of bottled drinking water is provided. Nestle coffee machine is available 24/7. The room/bed/shower room is reasonably big for the price (and compared to the more expensive hotel right next door!!). Staff was all friendly.

Honnêtement j’en avais très marre de ce petit déjeuner, la piscine très jolie mais je ne me suis pas baignée. Le personnel est très aimable et j’ai beaucoup apprécié la dame qui fait l’entretien. Par contre j’ai cassé un mug et ils me l’ont fait payé. Il ne faut pas perdre sa carte non plus car ils le font payé également, peu importe si on est resté longtemps ou pas. Je suis restée 21 jours ils auraient pu faire un geste commercial
