The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and clean and nice place to stay, about 15min from airport. Only thing I was disappointed was it said there is a laundry on the explanation but they said the laundry opens only from 4pm, and also we couldn’t locate it either.

I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. The breakfast was included in the price and was very good, not a ton of options, but what they had was fantastic. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
