Grocery and restaurants are all nearby and within walking distance. Easy access to I25. Condo is completely remodeled with new paint and flooring throughout with luxury vinyl plank flooring in kitchen and dining room. New carpet in living areas including bedrooms. Front load washer and dryer available for your use saving a trip to the laundromat. Kitchen is supplied with high end appliances including side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Condo has high speed internet available for your use, so you never miss a beat. Relax and stream your favorite tv shows on the 50" smart TV. The attached one car garage is yours to use while our guest with opener. Property has Ring cameras at the front and back entrance for your protection. Sit on the back patio and take advantage of the beautiful view of the Airport Golf Course.
