The person checking us in was great, however we were booked into a room that was already occupied! Someone was inside the room as we were trying to open the door! It was very embarrassing and awful! When we went back to the front desk to find out what happened, we were told that Expedia had booked us into a room that was already taken. There is no excuse for that!! :-(

You had no place but the floor to plug in your computer and phone. You had no room in the bathroom for your stuff. The tub was so high I could not get in to it. I will never stay there again. The handicap parking was further out than regular parking

Nice but be careful of guest next door

Clean & in a convenient travel location. Breakfast was fine & coffee good. Unfortunately the guy in the room next door was a video game player & we had to listen to gunfire blasts & grenades going off for hours. He even through in an occasional swear when things apparently weren’t going his way. Go figure - our luck.

This property was very comfortable to stay at. Even though 1 washer wasn’t working we got through our laundry. It was nice they sold detergent at the lobby convenient area so we didn’t have to make an extra stop after being on the road all day. The beds were so comfortable, the tv was new enough you could AirPlay things from your iPad onto it. The bathroom was supplied, no needed repairs anywhere in the room, the mini fridge worked. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was a variety and they had with meat which is less and less common these days. Parking lot was well lit and we felt safe loading/unloading at night. I would TOTALLY stay here again. It was one of our best hotel stays as we traveled across the country that week.
