Great hotel, and only 10 mins drive from Airport. Clean, spacious rooms, lovely outdoor pool, good restaurant. Ideal before an early flight from Chennai. Airport transfer was cheap. had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly, especially at the front desk and restaurant, where I was warmly greeted with a welcome drink. The hotel itself is elegant and spotless, with beautifully maintained lobby areas. My room was spacious, functional, and offered great value for the price—truly a 7-star experience! The only minor suggestion I have is that the TV menu could be made a bit simpler to navigate. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

The staff were at reception and dining area were excellent and friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. They had many breakfast options to choose from (both Indian and Western). I really enjoyed the spa treatment there. I would surely recommend Trident to others and to my family because of the wonderful experience I have had on my multiple stays with them.
