Nice location

Nice place, some remarks about instable breakfest/dinnertable, bouncing floor and dirty plates/cutlery at arrival. Perfect location, quiet surroundings. Fits perfect for walking the countryside.

As cyclists Oxbow cottage was superb. After a nice bike ride in the Cotswolds it was very nice setting ouside on the terrace. The setting room and bedroom were outstanding. We loved the rural surroundings the cottage was located and Stow was so close by, just a 10 minute walk.

Fantastic Stay, lovely cottage

We stayed here over the hot bank holiday weekend and had a great time (thank you for the fan) The cottage is in a beautiful part of Stow-on-the-Wold and honestly has everything you need and more. The owner was really accommodating and got in touch to make sure everything was okay when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The cottage was spotless throughout and the photos don’t really do it justice it’s actually a lot more modern than some of the pictures make it look. The outside patio area was perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening sun. Another bonus was the pub at the top of the hill, only about a 10–12 minute walk away. Amazing stay overall, we’ll definitely be back!

The Perfect Getaway

Oxbow Cottage was the perfect place for the peaceful getaway my wife and I sought. It was charming and quaint. It was clean and provided everything we needed from kitchenware to linens and towels. The location was beautiful and the people we encountered were kind and courteous. Should we visit Stow again, we will definitely be booking our stay at Oxbow Cottage.

Well located for Stow on the Wold. The property was well equipped and very clean. Parking adjacent the cottage was a bonus. Our only negative observation was that more comfy outdoor furniture would be beneficial. Overall a very nice cottage which we would recommend
