Quiet 3 bedroom house with parking and garden
A practical and comfortable 3-bedroom house in a quiet Cheltenham neighbourhood, ideal for contractors, relocations, and longer stays. Sleeps up to 5 across one double, one twin, and one single bedroom. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge and dining area, and a private garden to the rear. A dedicated parking space is available directly outside. Well located for easy access to Cheltenham town centre and surrounding areas.
The house is on a quiet housing estate with beautiful surroundings and park nearby.
There is a large Sainsbury's (and a chip shop if you don't feel like cooking!) less than 5 min walk away
It takes approximately 5 mins to drive to Cheltenham Racecourse and 10 mins to drive into the centre of Cheltenham
There is a lockbox with your keys
Walking in the front door into the hallway, you will find the living room with smart TV, sofa and games and also a downstairs toilet. Through the living room is the kitchen which is fully equipped and also has a dining table. There are back doors to the garden area and outside seating.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms;
1 x double with ensuite and shower
1 x double
1 x single
You will also find the main bathroom with a bath (no shower yet unfortunately, but we are looking to add this before spring 2025)
