This place was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 people. Everyone slept comfortably, including 3 teens in the loft. It had everything we needed, was well stocked, and super clean. The location by the water and the use of the resort facilities was awesome. We loved being able to dock our boat and then just walk down, hop on, and go fishing. Free bikes were available to use, which helped make this a terrific weekend. We definitely recommend and we will for sure be back.

The home is beautiful! Loved the kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious and quiet. Check-in was easy and the staff were very nice. We did have an issue with the front door lock the morning after we arrived. The battery had died in the door lock, but maintenance came right away to change the battery and it worked great for the rest of our stay.The highlight of our stay was sitting and visiting on the upper deck the last evening we were there. The weather was great and the sunset was perfect!

Very nice unit with comfortable beds. Clean with plenty cooking utensils, dishes, bedding, towels, and pool towels for large groups. Large Windows with lots of natural light and nice partial view of lake with plenty of parking. Convenient walk to downtown.

Excellent communication from Naveen. The unit was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Rooms and bathrooms were huge and having an TV in each room was a perk. Ample parking. Unit was close to the main road and downtown Chelan so that was convenient. Resort management were helpful and efficient.

The property was nice. The lengths the staff went thru when our reservation somehow was lost and the unit overbooked was exceptional. Cannot praised them enough for getting us into our unit. Thank you for taking care of us.

We had some disappointing things occur during our stay starting with no BBQ on the deck. The listing wasn’t clear that the BBQ was communal, especially with the posted pictures of the deck with two BBQs on it. The internet was out off and on the last few days of our stay and the Keurig broke. Overall these were overcome with a great time on the lake and we enjoyed the location of the property.

Family Reunion

The rooms were clean and the kitchen had all the supplies for us to make all family meals. The Air Conditioner work very well because it was very hot while we were there. My family loved the Rec Room and was very clean. We loved that we were able to use Paddle Boards and Kayaks with out charge and was included in the House. Plenty of room for our cars. I have a rating 2 on the loft furniture it was stained and outdated. The furniture in Livingroom was to large for the small area and eating table was very heavy and outdated too. I wished they would have told me it was a 3 story home. I had 5 seniors that made it very hard time going up them. The pictures that I saw online didn't show that it was three stories just two. In the pictures it showed that it had a Barbecue on the deck, there was none. So we had to take all our things down by the lake with the seniors

Beautiful spot

I really liked this unit and thought there is just so much to do for kids (9&11). We had everything we needed and love how bright and airy the unit was. We also brought our dog. The only thing I will say is this isn’t a great unit for seniors or those with very young children. My in laws had to leave after a day because of so many steep stairs. It’s just fine for my family and kids, just wouldn’t recommend if you have littles, seniors or any injured people wanting to stay.

House in Chelan.

The host was fantastic, always available to talk, very caring and concerned that everything would be ok. Lovely place, we were there with family and it worked out great. Privacy, yet good gathering places in the living room, kitchen, dining room and the large deck. Actually decks. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.

Decent but some concerns

Lovely resort facility. This unit specifically had some cleanliness issues such as dog feces on deck, cobwebs in windows, spilled old items in vent covers, pots and pans not all cleaned well. The were issues with wifi repeatedly. Couch on main floor is quite ripped, futon is broken and doesn't pull out and there were no sheets for the aero bed. One stool at kitchen bar was not safe and one section of deck railing was very wiggly.

Wonderful large group gathering location!

Naveen’s property was perfect for our multi age gathering. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The children could play in the large family room style loft upstairs while adults were downstairs, yet they could still be supervised as it was open to below. The pool, boat dock, and proximity to town were great. The kitchen had all necessities, everything was clean, and the full views of the mountains were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place, slack owner

The check-in process was painful as the owner didn't contact us to tell us the specific address /code to get in. The property manager wasn't even aware the property had been rented and we were lucky to be able to get in.

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was laid out really great for large groups, the garage space was perfect for our 23' boat. The location being right on the lake was nice and having access to the pool and other amenities was really convenient. The only thing I would recommend is new furniture in the living room, the couches were very worn. Also the railing on the deck needs to be braced better, doesn't seem very safe. Other than that it really was the perfect vacation spot!

Fantastic resort facility Peterson’s. Nice dock for boat. Three separated bedroom areas. Be willing to climb stairs to get to main floor. 3 car garages. Plus parking in front.

The condo was dirty, there was dirty laundry, beds were not made, there was a latter in the living room. Also, this condo is not on front of the lake. The condo was not ready for us, and it spoiled our trip we ended up staying in a hotel. The host did end up refunding our money right away. But we did end up losing the money we spent on food we took to prepare during our stay and since my dog couldn't stay at this property I had to pay pet boarding. The host stated the property management team at the premises did not do their job to have the property ready for my family.

Lovely and clean

Beautiful townhouse with everything you could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Enough space for everyone to spread out. Loved having two master bedrooms on different levels. Spotless.
