"Our family reunion at Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně exceeded expectations. The hotel is only a few months old, and it shows in every detail, modern design, immaculate spaces, and a sense that everything is operating at its best. The staff were consistently outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely engaged, which made a large group stay feel effortless. The food and wine were truly exceptional, easily the highlight of the experience, with quality and presentation well above typical hotel standards. The pool and spa area are equally impressive, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and longer stays. Overall, a standout experience. For a new hotel, the level of execution is unusually high."

"Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend "
