Should of known better

First room had a mold smell to it and the shower was very dirty. Stained furniture and carpet outside the room was gross. Asked for a different room and had the smell of cigars. Furniture was less stained but still dirty. Went to bed as quick as we could.

Shower pan is rusted, horrible paint job in bathroom. Stains (blood, or bowel) on mattress pad on pull out sofa bed. Room 220. Old a/c unit in room. What was sopposed to be a king suite, is just a regular room. Website says the bedroom is separate. It is not.

Great find

This hotel was wonderful, the staff was very friendly & helpful. We used the lobby seating area several times to have lunch & dinner with the kiddos and it worked perfect. The indoor pool was a huge hit too! If we’re ever in the area again, this will be where we stay. It’s also right off the main highway so easy access to everything.

The lobby was spotless and we enjoyed our stay. However, they really need to clean up the stairs and the hallways. The carpet in the hallways on the 3rd and 4th floor are disgusting and should be replaced. The stairs need to be cleaned (shampoo the carpet!)at least once per month.
