Very clean and convenient to everything downtown. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Desk clerks gave us info and answered questions about the area. Our second morning there was a big crowd at breakfast and the employees worked diligently to replenish food and keep counters clean. Definitely a well-run hotel with staff who put customers first! Thanks so much to all of you!

The stay was neither particularly bad nor great. The website and app listed free parking, but upon arrival, we found there was a daily parking fee or difficult-to-find street parking. I had hoped for room service, but we didn’t receive any during our entire stay. I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t recommend it, but I personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again

This stay would have been perfect, except for the fact that the website failed to alert me that the parking lot is not owned by the hotel therefore I was going to be charged TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS A NIGHT to stay at La Quinta. I did not have the opportunity to check other hotels nearby, otherwise I would have left and gone to another hotel. The issue was not the charge, the issue is that it was not clear on the booking that there was such a heavy additional charge. You should change your business practices and be more transparent with your terms...

They could do so much better!

Overall disappointing. The place looked decent but the bed was not properly dressed (gave me the impression that I was using someone else's sheets) and the bathroom did not have the required supplies. The staff at the reception were really helpful, I appreciate their assistance.

The rooms were very accommodating for our short trip. The breakfast was lackluster on our second visit to this hotel vs. the first time in September. More fruit and meat options would be nice. I would still stay again :-)

Won’t stay there again. Save your money.

First, I found out that to park in the “hotel lot” I would have to pay $22 even if I self park. I could come and go but…. When we left for a bit and returned, there were no spaces left. They said I could park in the lot of the neighboring business and “they knew the hotel uses it for overflow” even though there are signs posted advising we would be towed. Next this has to be the noisiest location I have stayed in a long time. Police sirens and very loud cars most of the night. Also the 2 yappy dogs on our floor. We “upgraded” to the room with a “city view”. See attached picture. It started as a view of a homeless man sleeping on a bench surrounded by a street and the walls of the adjacent buildings. Last is the “breakfast”. Decent eggs, a waffle maker, toast/bagel, cereal and what some might call biscuits and gravy. No fruit or breakfast meat. All in all I could have spent $100 less and stayed at a Best Western and likely had a better stay.
