Graat host and property/location. Five star cleanliness and amenities, - an easy reccomend that I would gladly repeat for a return trip. That's really all there is to it ladies and gentleman, go with the sure thing!

Very clean. Close location to a lot of what’s to see. Amply appointed for the little we used the kitchen. Definitely in a noisy location right off the street, but earplugs are provided. There was also a using drug user right in front of the house one afternoon, but we were never bothered.One bedroom has a sound machine, and I think that’d be a good addition in all three rooms. One room is also missing a ceiling fan which would be appreciated. The large tvs in all the rooms were great and it was a cozy setup. Perfect for three adults visiting the city. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay in downtown Chattanooga! Plenty of parking, clean and comfortable accommodations. The kitchen had everything needed. The open floorplan made it easy for our group to be in on all that was happening. Definitely recommend staying here!

The online description was spot on. Perfect for two to three couples as each room has its own full bath. The house was nicely appointed which made for a very comfortable stay. Proximity to local attractions made the stay a breeze. Most everything we wanted to explore was no more than 10-15 minutes away.

House is next to a busy street and a park in the back so lots of noises at night. House was clean but low water pressure. Got my house code late due to paperwork mix up.

Nice house, very clean, convient location, and spacious rooms. However, lots of road noise (they put ear plugs next to each bed) and very thin pillows.In addition, we had to leave early because of the winter vortex hitting Chattanooga and the state wide emergency. Vrbo confirmed this meets the extenuating circumstances policy but the owner refused to provide a refund thru their property management company. I would avoid renting because they dont follow Vrbos policies which is currently being addressed.

I was asked how our first night was and I told them about some issues. No response. The next time we heard from them was for our check out instructions. No acknowledgement of our message. Overall the house was ok, but it wasn't cleaned thoroughly when we got there - stains on one of the bedsheets, some bedsheets left in the dryer (but every bed had them so they must have been extra), the kitchen pantry wasn't quite put away, water pressure wasn't great and towels were a little mildewy. Home was good otherwise (beds comfortable enough, tv worked fine, had soap in every bathroom).

Stayed here for three nights while two couples explored the Chattanooga area. Very comfortable with lots of space for four adults without feeling like you are on top of one another. We wanted a place with at least two separate king rooms and bathrooms--this fit the bill. Easy to get from the rental to Market street, great restaurants, and other places to see.

The home was everything we needed for our short stay in Chattanooga. We enjoyed the beds, private bathrooms per bedroom and the extensive amount of kitchen supplies available. We will definitely consider staying here again! Thanks Shannon!

Very nice hosts and loved the house. Very nice, large, comfortable and super clean.A few concerns we had was the neighborhood and the homeless folks living in the park behind the house. We were warned and so we didn't venture out on foot.And secondly we noticed that one of the side windows was a see through plastic instead of glass. Probably it might have been broken in and replaced with plastic. But considering the neighborhood this is concerning. Luckily we didn't have any incidents.And on a minor side, the kitchen plates and cups need an upgrade.

This house was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, 3 king beds and 3 full bathrooms. The house was clean and welcoming. All attractions were only 15-20 minute drive. You can hear some street traffic, but ear plugs are provided. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly if I had any questions.
