Beautifully renovated and spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Full Bath Home on a private 1/2 acre setting in one of Chatham's sought after neighborhoods. This 2200 sq. foot home has a formal dining room with a beautiful bay window and an additional outside dining area with a covered porch. There are two family rooms, both equipped with Cable TV and DVD players for relaxation for the adults and children. Master Bedroom has a spacious full bathroom. The eat in kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. Full Basement is equipped with Washer and Dryer for your convenience. The large private yard is 1/2 acre in size and is great for outdoor entertaining with a with both charcoal and gas grills. There is a new outdoor shower that was built this year. Minutes to the beaches, bike path and downtown Chatham shops.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area.
