SUPER ACCOMMODATION IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION

Great house with all you need, a real home from home. Everything within easy walking distance - the beach, restaurants, boulangerie, indoor market, post office and railway station all within 5 minute walk. On street parking directly in front of the house. We took the ferry to St. Malo and drove down. Sylvie the host lives locally and is very helpful.

Découverte chatelaillonnaise

Maison située près de la plage, des commerces, du marché couvert. Endroit calme, parfait pour se reposer.On a pu visiter La Rochelle et son aquarium.Une autre journée à l'ile d'oleron pour découvrir certains sites.Le contact avec M.Verrier a été sympathique et je pense que nous nous reverrons.

Bon emplacement

Nous avons adoré : - La ville et ses animations. - L'emplacement de la maison, vraiment idéal ! - Proche de tout : la plage, le marché, la gare, les restaurants, les boucholeurs, et même la médiathèque. - Le calme de la maison et sa terrasse. - La box Wi-Fi et TV. - Les savons, les draps fournis, ainsi que les deux douches (bonne surprise ! une seule une était mentionnée dans l'annonce). - Les propriétaires, qui connaissent parfaitement la région et sauront vous donner tous les bons plans. Nous avons moins aimé : - Les nombreux ustensiles et électroménagers qui sont vieux, cassés ou détériorés (réfrigérateur, barbecue, parasol, lave vaisselle...). - La rénovation de la maison, qui n'ai pas aussi récente que l'annonce le suggérait. - Les traces de moisissure présentes à différents endroits. - Le détecteur de fumée hors service. - La présence de multiples insectes retrouvés entre le matelas et le sommier. - La difficulté de se garer dans la rue.

Une location idéalement située et au calme

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de cette location avec les commerces, la plage et les restaurants. Malgré cette proximité cela n'empêche aucunement le calme, que ce soit à l'intérieur de la location ou dans l'espace extérieur lors des repas. Très nombreuses balades possibles que ce soit à vélo ou à pied et il ne faut surtout pas se priver de faire Chatelaillon / La Rochelle en 10mn par le train pour une somme très modique. L'agencement de la maison est fonctionnel et on se sent à l'aise dans "l'abri" puisque c'est son nom. L'accueil des propriétaires est très agréable et ils fournissent toutes les informations nécessaires pour un bon séjour ainsi que les documentations ad'hoc.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison très jolie et fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien. Elle est vraiment très bien située au calme , proche de la plage mais également de tous commerces. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison de ville très fonctionnelle et très bien située, près de la plage et des commerces du centre ville. Elle possède en plus une petite terrasse bien exposée et confortablement équipée. A notre arrivée, la maison était propre et les lits déjà faits, avec de la documentation sur les activités à faire dans la région.

Maison bien décorée où l'on s'y sent bien. Sa situation dans la ville proche de la mer et des commerces sont un réel avantage. Bon environnement. Seul bémol, manque de climatisation à l'étage supérieur qui est mansardé aéré uniquement par un petit velux.

La maison offre un bel espace. Enfin une maison de vacances où l'on se sent à l'aise! Petite terasse pour prendre son café au soleil. Endroit tres calme. Elle est idéalement placée : à deux pas des commerces, des restos, des cafés et surtout du petit marché couvert où l'on peut se fournir en produits frais tous les jours. La plage est tout près aussi. Pour un séjour familial où il est possible de profiter à proximité immédiate de la mer tout en bénéficiant de la quiétude des lieux et en pouvant aller à pied aux animations sportives du club de voile et du centre aquatique. Un lieu de vacances à conseiller aux amis.

Contact très sérieux grâce aux sms échangés jusqu'à notre arrivée sur place. Partage d'info sur la vie locale et ses commodités très appréciable. Merci beaucoup Sylvie. Très jolie maison au calme et sans vis à vis. Très coloré ce qui nous mets tout de suite dans l'ambiance vacances. Petite maison avec tout le confort nécessaires, comme à la maison, je dirai qu'il ne manque rien. Bien située au milieu d'une ville avec toutes les commodités à proximité. L'on peut tout faire à pied et prendre le temps de visiter. Marché super cool et très fourni, on y trouve tout. Même un marché couvert toute la semaine c'est extra. Et n'oubliez pas de faire une balade sur la plage au coucher du soleil..... N'oublions pas la grande et longue plage à 5 min. avec son magnifique sable chaud. Ce lieu de vacances est superbe et très bien placé avec La Rochelle, l'Ile de Ré et l'Ile d'Aix à proximité. Beaucoup d'activité dans la région, pas le temps de s'ennuyer.
