The living room opens onto a spacious deck, providing breathtaking water views and a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunsets. A spiral staircase leads to the lower level, where you'll find an additional bedroom and a half bath.
This level also boasts a covered patio with direct access to the water, making it easy to enjoy swimming, kayaking, or fishing right from your backyard.
