Positive: Clean shower, location to interstate & Elevation Church. Negative: No ID check on checkin. Torn curtains & vinyl furniture. Furniture & room smelled like a dog kennel when heater on. Heater vents filthy. Pillows were flat & smelled musty. Breakfast starts at 730 and not 6am?? Like what?! A bummer for early travelers. Definately not worth $160/night. Disappointing for Ballantyne area. Wont stay again at this Staybridge location, wouldnt recommend.

The hotel is amazing!! The staff is super helpful. They go above and beyond to help guest get the best experience. I recommend this hotel!! By far the best and most reasonably priced hotel in Charlotte area. The rooms are spacious as well. Excellent hotel and staff!!!

Honestly, everything was good from check in through check out. When i arrived the young lady whom checked us in was really nice & sweet. She made me feel really relaxed & valued on my first stay.
