What can I say about this Hotel other than EXCELLENT all away around. The staff is top notch. The check in staff upgraded me to a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor with a corner view of downtown. I don’t have any loyalty card with them but treated me as I was a gold member. Being across the street from the Spectrum center was a big plus. I will be staying with them again
My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing and relaxing from start to finish. The atmosphere was peaceful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything exceeded my expectations. It truly felt like a getaway where I could unwind and recharge.
I want to personally recognize Mr. Eric Dunn for providing immaculate service. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm personality made the experience even more special. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and that level of care does not go unnoticed.

There were a lot of hidden fees and for what I paid it wasn’t that nice the view was nice but room had an old smelling odor I was charged seven dollars for something and still don’t know what it was for dog area was very small and had tobacco wrappers everywhere it was a last-minute trip so I really thought staying in this location would be the best since it wasn’t very well planned, but it turns out it wasn’t all that great.
Out stay was grand, room clean staff friendly staff, breakfast was good. I want to shout out to the kitchen staff especially, ALISA great personality, funny and nice to talk with, she made us feel at home - thank you Alisa for you kind spirit!
