The apartment was so clean and comfortable. It was such an easy walk to the downtown area. We really enjoyed returning to this sweet place after a busy day of exploring.

My sister and I had an amazing time. The directions on where to park and how to enter were super clear. When you walk in, the space is warm, cozy, clean, and up-to-date. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and fully stocked. And Netflix is ready to go on the TV!

The Host was very responsive through the whole process of booking to check out. Our Host answered all our questions in a prompt and concise manner. The amenities were perfect for flying in and landing in the rental. The location for exploring Charlotte and walking to a local restaurant and grocery store for daily needs. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen well appointed, the lounging furniture comfortable.

Loved our visit to Charlotte! This Condo in the 4th Ward is wonderful. Very clean, comfortable and located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Convenient to many great restaurants and Downtown Charlotte. Communication with the Host was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

Great little condo in a nice neighborhood

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for a concert. The condo itself was very clean and fresh. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.. The neighborhood was charming and walkable. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Charlotte.

Lovely accommodation in a vibrant neighborhood

We booked for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised at the selection of excellent restaurants, shops, botanical gardens, and hiking trails in the area. Charlotte is a very walkable city. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Very nice!

Awesome place

Lovely clean apartment with everything you could need. Amazing neighborhood restaurant a block away. About 5 to 10 min walk to center of Uptown Charlotte. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a stay in Charlotte.

Enjoyed our stay!

Weekend stay for concert

Perfect location for a trip to Charlotte for a concert at Bank of America stadium. The condo is just as described, cute, clean and very walkable to everything you’d want to do while in downtown Charlotte. Eric was easy to connect with when we had questions, and an overall gracious host. We’ll definitely keep this on our list for figure visits!

Comfortable, clean and convenient!

Eric was very responsive and helpful when I had questions before our stay. The condo was clean and upgraded throughout. It is decorated in a way that made each room feel comfortable and cozy. It’s close enough to uptown that you can get anywhere you need to go in 5 minutes but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great Hosts!

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Our flight made it in early and I reached out and the hosts made arrangements so that we could check in early, which I thought was really kind of them. The property was nice and had everything you would possibly need. The only complaints I have are the two flights of stairs while carrying with luggage, the gnat issue and the homeless. It was also mentioned on the listing that there was a hot tub, which I never saw. The stairs were an issue for two women carrying 40-50 lbs of luggage each and groceries up two flights of stairs but were not an issue just coming and going on a regular. The gnats were in the restrooms and kitchen. We had to cover up our food and drinks. Due to us only being there for a weekend conference, I did not bother the hosts with this issue, so that was on us. I am sure they would have sent someone right over the get that taken care of. There were homeless men sitting out in the park near the home during the day. As two women in an unfamiliar city, this made us feel somewhat unsafe/uncomfortable due to them staring and yelling things at us. I did notice that they left at night, which was good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hosts were awesome, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Nice Condo in 4th Ward

We enjoyed our stay in this remodeled condo. Restaurants in walking distance, and great central location. Nice views with lots of windows and natural light. Clean and comfortable. Just a heads up, for those with mobility limitations, this condo is up two flights of narrow stairs with no elevator. May be difficult to carry large luggage or for those with mobility challenges. All others will enjoy this place. Easy check in and check out, with only a couple simple check out tasks.

Beatutiful walkable neighborhood

Had a wonderful stay! Nice 5 minute walk to Harris Teeter (grocery store) and plenty of restaurants in the area. Didn't realize it was a 3 story walk up so carrying my golf clubs up wasn't fun. But it was worth the unexpected cardio:)

4th ward gem

This condo is located in the quaint little neighborhood called the 4th ward. Great location to walk to pretty much anything you would want to do or take a quick Uber ride to downtown locals. The condo is well appointed and has everything you need for your stay. It is decorated with charm with a great little patio to relax on. Rent this one. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect places for a weekend in Charlotte! Place was just as pictures showed. Great communication! Easy check in/out. Walking distance to Spectrum for our concert. We didnt really utilized kitchen for cooking. But we had everything we needed. Great balcony! Would definitely stay here again.
