Liked the room Staff attitude and the response during the check-in process was horrible! The guy there (Mr Bernard?) needs some training in ‘front desk service’ The staff during the checkout was very good!

Motel 6 with Hyatt on the building. Dirty sheets, small bathroom, no hot water, small room. I had to check out early. Will never stay at a Hyatt again.
