Very clean safe neighborhood

Nice clean rental in uptown. I got the impression a lot of the units in this hotel like apartment bldg are short term rentals. We could have used some more bedding - only fitted sheet and bedspread.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our visit and staying at the loft. It looked just like the pictures. Was very clean. Great location to alot of things to do. I'd stay again. The host was very quick with responding to messages.

Duke Mayo Bowl

We rented this perfect apartment to go to the Mayo bowl as a family. Very spacious, clean and cozy, we could walk to the stadium! Great location and communication. Thanks for a great family weekend!

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Read reviews! Avoid this rental at all costs!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Our experience was an absolute nightmare, all thanks to the atrocious management and lack of communication from the owner. It started decently enough with many messages confirming our stay and providing access codes. But once we arrived at 11 pm, everything went downhill fast. First, the owner lied about our VRBO reservation needing confirmation,. We received confirmation emails from VRBO and a number of text messages from the host, including our unit number, building code, and unit lock code. I confirmed it directly with VRBO while going through this nightmare. This forced us to scramble and move to a different apartment at the last minute, which was infuriating. When we got to the new place, it was a total disaster—dirty, broken blinds and a long list of unacceptable issues. To make things worse, there was no Wi-Fi or TV. Seriously? When I thought it couldn't get any worse, the owner texted us, demanding we leave two days early because someone else was booked. No notice, no accommodations, and zero help finding somewhere else to stay. She had the nerve to tell me to "get out now" because the cleaning crew was coming. We were miles away on a college tour which was the purpose of the trip and my husband had to miss. When I pointed out that all our stuff was still there, her response "I don't care.” And hung up on me. Hands down the worst rental experience ever. Unprofessional, unreliable and horrible human beings. Stay far away.

Worst experience and worst host ever.

Stay away from this host and property. I informed the host that the seal onthe front door was coming off. They asked me to send a picture. On the counter was a old, half empty hot chocolate. Sent a picture of that. Broken furniture in closets. Sent pictures. Set a drink on glass top coffee table. Top fell down because one of the tabs that support the glass was bent down. Could not bend back into position without tools. Set table to the side so it wouldn't happen to next guess. Sent picture. Spent over an hour cleaning spilled drink. After going to bed I started receiving text messages that I needed to keep the noise down. Woke to a text telling me I had to leave. Front officer never had a complaint about noise from my unit. Car was towed becaue parking is not allowed on property. Post said free parking. Host was not responsive to any inquiries, but sent text stating they hope I had a good evening. Horrible service and experience.

Great Location Rental

Location was great for getting to nearby amenities. No dish soap, and not any glass dishes for microwaving makes. Couldn't congenital early checking until day of check in. Wished that happened earlier. Otherwise communication with property good and timely. Easy checkin and checkout process.
