Good Stay

Overall, this was a good property and we had a pleasant stay. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated.It was great to have five bedrooms.I understand it was necessary for safety reasons, but the child gate at the top of the stairs was a hassle to squeeze through, especially with luggage in tow.

Lovely Home

This place was perfect for our weekend stay. Very clean and organized. The bedrooms had nice mattresses. There were not a ton of kitchen supplies which would have been problematic for a longer stay. The community has the houses extremely close together. We thought a kid crying was our kid but it was in the home next door. Almost like apartment living but homes. Overall very pleased and would stay again. It’s very convenient to stores, etc.

Family Gathering

The home was perfect for our group. Plenty of bedrooms and large seating area. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare holiday meals. We enjoyed walking in the lovely surrounding neighborhood.We did agree that bath towels and bedroom pillows need to be replaced with better quality to earn a 5 star rating.

I would do it again!

My family and I had a very pleasant stay. The property was nice and spacious. The fenced yard was a plus for our pets as well! We spent most of our time in nearby towns but regardless, the house met all our needs for local shopping, sleeping, eating at home and 10+ people getting ready together. 100% recommended this property for rental. Steven was a most gracious host.

We needed accomodtions on short notice for a family gathering in Matthews/S. Charlotte. We had 5 adults, 3 older kids (11,12,13) and 2 therapy dogs. This was the perfect solution! Family wedding visit

Extremely comfortable & spacious house, with all the amenities for a home away from home. Perfect for our large family that traveled from several states & cross country for a wedding in Matthews area. Stephen was responsive to everyone’s request if something came up. Only 1minor thing was the house was missing the hot-tub that was mentioned on the VRBO listing, much to my sister & mother’s chagrin, but we had a great time nonetheless the-less! Would definitely rent again if ever in the area.

Events bring family and friends together.

This house is perfect for families and friends to make memories while visiting NC !! The open floor format on the 1st floor makes it so convenient for everyone to be together . Whether eating, watching TV or playing games wherever you are on the 1st floor you are all together. The beds are very comfy!! Everything is clean ! Pictures are exactly how the house looks!! First and foremost, this property was immaculately clean. Communication with the host was superb. Check in was so easy. The neighborhood is gorgeous! If you are looking for a quiet escape this area is for you. I loved how there was a room downstairs with a full bathroom for my older parents. This house is also very kid friendly. Very comfortable stay and excellent place for kids

I stayed here with my mother, toddler, and several friends during a trip to Charlotte. We decided to stay outside of Charlotte as this house fit all our needs. It was VERY comfortable for our toddler who was loved playing in the "kids" room with very thoughtful play kitchen. It was easy check in/check out process. Will stay here again! Thank you!

I came with a group of 11 and the house was perfect for us! We were able to cook several meals for everyone throughout the week from the stocked supplies and there was ample seating for everyone. The beds were very comfortable as well!
