Sadly the stay was just ok. Our rooms tables looked dirty and had stuff smeared on them. No fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was terrible, and the way its set up makes no sense. No real vending areas. I would definitely suggest a remodel, because its sad to see how bad this hotel has gotten. Ive been to other comfort inns and suites and they are way better with the hotel/amenities.

Had to change rooms because the 1st room had nasty stuff all ove the base of the bed abd floor.. 2nd room needed a clean top cover which i went downstairs and got a new one and replaced it. The manager on duty was the best!!

When my family checked in, we were greeted by Jeffery. He was very welcoming and made sure we were taken care of at check-in. Also, it was nice, after a travel day and long day at Carowinds, to have the pull out sofa already turned down. I personally thanked the housekeeper for doing this. We stay in numerous hotels across the country and this was the first time this was done. We will definitely return!
