This is a beautiful home! Very spacious and comfortable. We wanted a place to stay for our daughters graduation from Wingate University. We had family flying in and wanted to be able to spend time together. We were not disappointed.

Our stay was fantastic! The pictures really don’t do this home justice! There was ample space for everyone in our group of nine. It was clean and decorated nicely. The beds/pillows were comfortable and the owner was great with communicating. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back for another visit!

Home base for the PGA Championship

Friends from Tennessee, Indiana and Texas got together for the PGA Championship. The house was excellent for us as there was plenty of room inside and out. We played a few pool tournaments in the evenings and also some board/card games.The house was exactly as listed so there were no surprises.Would definitely try and stay there when we come back to the Charlotte area.

Great Place to Relax before and after my husband graduation. Check-in was very easy good communication.The house was very 👏 very amazing. It was close to everything and not far from where my husband graduation was .The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean. The game room was very amazing The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. East or West this was the best house I have ever seen.

Perfect layout

This is a lovely, clean and comfortable property with the perfect layout for our multi- family crew. It’s very spacious, and has a large deck, patio and yard. We had five adults and 2 little ones, a teenager and a dog, and there was plenty of room to spread out as well as lots of entertainment between the game room and the yard. We met here for our guys to go to see the Hornets play. The moms and kids stayed behind at the house, and it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home in every way!

There were 6 cousins all Senior citizens. The house was PERFECT! The arrangement of the rooms, the cleanliness, the seating, the space, the decor, the check in and check out, the WiFi, the location, the neighbors and the responsiveness of the host were all beyond exceptional. We loved it so much we hated to leave after such a short stay. How lucky we were to find this gem when looking for a place to comfortably host our reunion.

This home was so cozy, loved the open space concept and back yard. Everything was available. Close to stores and restaurants. Owner/caretaker was very sweet and all communications was on time. Easy access into home. Over all, we loved this home. Will definitely stay again if ever back in this town.

The house was a perfect and comfortable home base while traveling for a lacrosse tournament. The ice cold AC was a lovely reprieve from the scorching lacrosse fields. The game room was the perfect spot to entertain teenaged boys in between games. We had a great stay.

Hidden Gem

This was surely a Hidden Gem found on the outskirts of the Queens City. For us it was a perfect location to visit family, only 3 miles away. We a had fantastic time exploring nearby Mathews and Waxhaw for the first time. We've already recommended this place to family, friends and coworkers, we'll be back!

Oversized Ranch with Game Room

We had a fabulous time in this large clean and freshly refurbished Indian Trail home with 4 bedrooms, an office, and 2 large family rooms. One of the Family rooms had several stand-up table games like air hockey and Foos ball. Wonderful and peaceful outdoor patio with big decorative lights. Large kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals and eat at the big kitchen table. 2 entrances and a car port for parking. Split bedrooms, would be great for 2 Families to meet and share. Great central location for everything we wanted to do while visiting Charlotte. Definately recommend.
