We were in Charlotte for a soccer tournament. The house was perfect with a great location to downtown Matthews. Lots of local shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was quick and effective. Quiet neighborhood with a big shaded yard.

Nice location.

House was clean. Location was great. Standard, no frill stay (none of the nice touches such as coffee). If you have full-sized adults, note the bunk beds are not stable. We had to put the mattresses on the floor. Prob fine for kids, just very wobbly and scary for adults. Also bring towels as there weren't enough for our party. We let the management company know of these things so hopefully they'll fix them. Spacious living room but not enough seating for more than 6 comfortably. Projector was fun to have. Overall, perfectly fine for a simple, inexpensive stay.

Loved this house and the neighborhood!

You should absolutely book this property! The house is spacious and in a nice part of Charlotte in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants are only 9 minutes away. The house is clean and beautiful. The check in process was super easy. Logging into our personal apps on the Roku and logging into the wifi was a breeze. Our kids loved the game room. They also loved the double bunk beds and that they could both have a top bunk.

Great Stay in Charlotte

Really great place to stay as a family. Big living room with a projector, game room with another projector (great place to send kids to play), bug fenced in backyard, big kitchen with lots of counter space. Jacuzzi was big enough for 2 adults. Property manager was a text away. The only drawbacks were that the in-house crockpot was not full size and the pots and pans were nonstick that had been scratched so I was concerned about PFOs leeching into the food. We only wound up cooking home a couple times anyway. I'd stay agaon and just bring a pot and a crockpot if necessary.

A nice weekend

The check in and out was a little frustrating. They don’t do things through the app they send you a third party email with the code to check in. Check in is at 4pm and I must have misread something because we thought check out was noon but on the day of we were informed it was 10am. If it truly said that the whole time that’s 100% on us but it was really frustrating to try to communicate completely off the app and get an answer. We cleaned and left before 11. The house itself was very nice and clean and we really liked the projector tv!

Visit to Charlotte

What a lovely property! We came to Charlotte for our son to attend a week at Tread athletic. The location was convenient and quiet. The home is as nice as it looks online and the neighborhood was amazing. We enjoyed many walks while we were there. We would definitely recommend this property.

Fabulous Family Retreat

A lovely, spacious home perfect for 4 adults and 4 teens. Great yard, deck and even a hot tub! The teens had a blast in the garage workout room - air hockey and other rec room games. Close proximity to 485 for easy access to all of Charlotte’s offerings.

Great stay

Great house! We were in town for a birthday party and this house was perfect. Very clean and in a safe area. There were also a few toys & a high chair, which was awesome. Anyone who’s traveled with kids know you have to take half your house with you. Having a high chair and a few toys already at the house was really helpful. Also enjoyed the garage area. Once the kids were asleep we were able to hang out in the garage and be loud/play music without waking them up. Would definitely recommend this house!

Great use of space. Felt secluded and private, even though everything "city" was minutes away. The hot tub was great in the evenings, especially for my son after a full day of tournament play on the lacrosse field.( which is reason for our stay) The bakyard was spacious. Has 2 14 year olds, a 11 year old, and 5 year old. They were able to play catch in the backyard while the adults relaxed on the back deck or in the hot tub. It was a home away from home. Our two families travel together a lot since our oldest sons play on the same team travel lacrosse team and this is by far one of the cleanest properties we've stayed at. The hardwood floors were spotless. The price was reasonable, and the check out process didnt feel like a massive chore list. Would definitely stay again for the next tournament in that area.
