Great space for two and very close to downtown Charlotte. We were there for the Novant Health race and we were able to walk back to the apartment (VRBO) to shower and refresh before finding a breakfast/lunch place. Clean, relaxing, and very accomodating space feeling like home. Very, very, clean and welcoming space and neighborhood.

This was a perfect stay for our quick two day trip. We were in town for a concert and it was very accommodating. It was super clean and in a quiet neighborhood. My husband and I could not have chosen a better place to stay! John’s apartment is absolutely gorgeous! It was the perfect size for us. The space was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet.John was very thoughtful to supply the apartment with all the essentials that you would need (body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, extra towels and wash cloths, etc)You will have to access the apartment via stairs, which didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind if you’re minding your knees. We will not hesitate to book this unit again!

Very new, clean, cozy but not cramped. The yard is beautiful. Host was immediately responsive when we had a question about the front door. Great location in charlotte, we walked back from downtown at midnight and were completely safe. Would stay again

Anniversary Getaway

Everything was great! The place was very clean. Everything worked great. All of the furnishings were nice. The bed was comfortable and keeping a comfortable temperature was not an issue. The location was alright. I was slightly disappointed that there wasn't more within walking distance, but I believe that public transportation was ,. We only had one slight issue with the door, but that was resolved within less than an hour. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment!

My boyfriend and I stayed just a short couple of nights, but we definitely loved staying here and would definitely book here again next time we are in town! We walked everywhere (maybe 30-45 min walk to downtown), and the place itself was super clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood too!

Perfect hub to visit Charlotte

Great spot!

Stayed a couple of nights since we went to the Panthers/Chiefs football game. Place was clean and had everything 2 people would need. A short uber ride to several restaurants and a short walk to the light rail, which dropped us off right at tge stadium.

Hidden gem

This property is now at the top of my list of places to stay in Charlotte! My husband and I were looking for someplace to stay for a weekend visit to the city. Although the listing had great reviews, we were not prepared for how much we would love the rental. To start with, John provided excellent directions so we knew where to go and where to park. Shortly after checking in, we had a minor issue and John responded and came over to assist promptly. We adored the apartment and we had many comforts and conveniences of home. The location was spectacular. It was within 10-15 minutes of everything we had planned and very close to uptown. Highly recommend!
