I was thankful for the email the staff sent to give instructions on how to enter the property and navigate through the parking garage. It was still quite confusing. The staff was busy but courteous. It seemed that we spent half of our stay waiting for elevators which slow and usually packed. The room was nice and clean if a little small.

The room was very small and tight for the amount of money they charged… guess it was the location we paid for. The Refrigerator barely worked, there was no microwave in the room. There wasn’t any closet. The room literally had two beds a bathroom and a tv…The had bags of ice in the hallway which didn’t seem very sanitary which I saw someone putting their hands in the bag.. overall hated the room but the staff was absolutely amazing!!! Very pleasant and helpful…
