We had a lovely stay at AC Hotel Charlotte Ballantyne. Check-in with Yaz was a breeze, staff was friendly and helpful, bar service by Rachel was excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable, the gym was great, and the location was perfect for a show at the Amp Ballantyne.
