Loud. People yelling in halls all night, doors slamming all night, housekeeping ignored do not disturb sign, hallway carpet filthy, air conditioner falling off the wall, credit card machine didn't work and had to write card info on paper which is very unsafe. Booked for 3 nights and checked out after one. Lost alot of money but just couldn't do another night.

Room was dirty, the shower had no cold water (my wife had to dump ice cubes into the bath tub to take a bath), stair wells dirty, floor in room had not been mopped (sticky), the neighborhood is very sketchy (I would NOT let my wife go outside after dark), shady people hanging out around the parking lot

The entire stay was not enjoyable. Room was ok, not real clean, bathtub was clogged. The worst was the front desk was not covered. No one was there until someone came in late. Coffee place was messy, floor was wet although a mop and bucket were there.

Staff members friendly and prompt, the bathroom ceiling needs sanding and repainted paint is peeling. Toiletries are lacking only 1 little shampoo and soap bar No lotion or conditioner. Also the shower difficult to work I wanted warm got scalding hot. Parent run your kids bath for them to avoid burned skin. A good value and I would stay again.
