Brandy and Chad have a great place with close proximity to sites. They were excellent communicators and provided other helpful information of the area. We all appreciated having our own room on this girls trip but the apartment had a slight odor of mildew that we all noticed. Charleston is a great girls weekend away!

Our family had a wonderful visit to Charleston. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, sight seeing, parking. Our host Brandy answered all of our questions beforehand and during our visit. The weather was perfect, the food wonderful and our accommodation were the BEST!!

We loved our stay in the Victoria Suite!! It was perfect for our girls weekend in Charleston. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard and we were able to walk to most places during our stay! The owners offered so many wonderful recommendations of things to do and resources to help with our stay.

Great unit for a girls weekend! Well appointed, comfy and clean. Dedicated parking spot was a big plus. If you are a light sleeper, use the provided sound machines as this is a lower unit and you can hear upstairs neighbors moving about.

We absolutely loved the care and cleanliness of this property. It is charming, modern yet has a little Charleston historical feel to it! Just a 10 min walk to King street for all the shopping and dining, and a short drive to the marina and historic sites! We did it all on King St and beyond, had tea at Camilla’s, went to the beach, and did a sunset sail too! Kitchen was well equipped, we made dinner several times. The coffee bar was a nice touch too! Traveled with our two teens that enjoyed having their own rooms, we were all very comfortable. Wished for more storage in the master but made it work by moving things around and made use of hooks and hangers for clothes. Lots of plug in’s to charge your devices. Loved the big windows everywhere! Porch and backyard were lovely for relaxing and reading, just remember your bug spray after it rains, the no see ums were out in full force one morning! The showers/products were nice in the bathrooms. Check in was super easy, and the host was very accommodating and responsive when we had questions on arrival and departure. Thank you Chad and Brandy!

Neighborhood gem!

This property is beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Communication with Brandy was a breeze. She was extremely accommodating and friendly. Downtown Charleston

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for our family with teen/adult children. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I was able to jog to the battery in the morning and go around the corner to a variety of coffee shops! We arrived late and hungry so we walked around the corner to a local convenience store to grab some quick food to cook! The location was close to shops and eateries so we walked everywhere! King street shopping was also just a short walk away! The hosts were very responsive and we will definitely stay in one of their properties on our next visit! We did have some issues with VRBO's booking but this was no reflection on the host! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean!

Beautiful place in great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and location was close to everything we wanted to do. The owners have thought of everything and made it so cute and comfortable. The ONLY drawback is that we were downstairs - and every step that the upstairs neighbors make can be heard downstairs. It wasn’t a problem until they decided to walk around and take showers late at night and woke all of us up. The owners are aware of this problem and provide sound machines and earplugs to help. Sleeping with earplugs is not an option for me. They eventually quieted down and we fell asleep again. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend the upstairs unit. Otherwise, great stay and beautiful rental.
