Losing its appeal

Have stayed here last year with no problems, but is now getting a little run down. Shower head was blocked so only dripped when on, hot water took at least 30 mins to get warm, safe was not working and staff were not interested in fixing this when reported, they tried to double charge me for the cost of the hotel, some staff smelled of BO so lacked hygiene, was no restaurant open so had to do room service which always had a limitied menu. Location is handy for autos and Uber’s.

value for money hotel/poor housekeeping services

centrally located hotel and descent ,clean , room . but house keeping and room service is bit dull and lateback attitude. only one example to sufficiently self explanatory - nobody came for long time to carry my five bags at the time of check out as i had lot of lugguage as i was travelling with family. room cleaning was done after repeated requests.

Great place

Stayed here for a night on two separate occasions and was very impressed both times. Hotel is located conveniently for the highway and there are many restaurants within walking distance- we felt safe in the area as two female travellers. Check in and service overall was extremely good and staff had a good command of English. The room was clean, modern and wifi worked well. The bathroom was also clean and towels and toiletries were provided. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if I were in Zirakpur/ Chandigarh

Great hotel, location can be an issue

Great hotel with very helpful staff. Being forgeigners we did not realize how far Zirakpur is from the airport and from Chandigarh (it's nowhere near as close as it looks on the map), therefore I'd only recommend this hotel if you have a car or specifically need to be in Zirakpur, since you'll have to take a bus/taxi into Chandigarh to get anywhere. Other than that the hotel was clean, modern and had great staff!
