Everything was fine, you could see the cleanliness. My only qualms were the pillows were awful, and $234 was a lot for a simple room. I do understand in this day and age, they need to meet their expenses, but if it wasn’t so close to. Wedding, I wouldn’t have picked it due to the price.

Ok light bulb out! Damp smell when we came in. Overall a very good place to stay except in the summer on weekends when they jack the prices up to $275 because of sports complex down the road at Rantoul. Otherwise $115. The motel itself is fine

We were a little surprised to find there wasn’t an elevator, but we don’t mind the extra steps—exercise is always a plus! However, I did want to share some honest feedback about our check-in experience. When we arrived, the front desk staff member, Nicole, came across as a bit short with us. Later, when our daughter went down to request two extra pillows, she was met with a dismissive response: “Did you not find them?” There were only two pillows in the room, and we simply needed a couple more to feel comfortable during our stay. As guests, we expect a welcoming attitude, and unfortunately, her demeanor didn’t reflect that. It felt like she didn’t want to be there. That said, the rest of the staff we interacted with during our stay were wonderful—friendly, respectful, and helpful. One more note: we stayed in a suite with a king bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed could definitely use an upgrade—it felt like we were sleeping directly on the springs. Thank you for taking the time to consider our feedback.

Complained about the ac not working and nothing was done. There was no bread for breakfast. Housekeeping had done a pathetic job of cleaning the rooms. I asked for a partial refund before checking out and no word on that. The staff was courteous but that doesn’t help with bad service. While I was checking out there was a maintenance guy there to fix the ac of the room we were staying in so they clearly knew the ac in room 122 wasn’t working. But they completely ignored and didn’t even log the complaint.
