My fiancé and I stayed at On live Hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and it was such a nice and pleasurable experience from start to finish. The service was excellent—warm, attentive, and personal. The staff had clearly made many thoughtful preparations for our stay, and we received a lot of care, attention, and small surprises that made us feel truly special. This is the most beautiful hotel and spa I have ever stayed at in my life and I have traveled quite a bit. If you are looking for a gorgeous hotel, great service, and amazing sunsets that feel private and intimate, then this is your spot. Great value for the price, the spa service is impeccable, and the facilities are top notch. Their piece of the sea is gorgeous with many daybeds comfortably placed under perfect shade, as well as three amazing pools and super attentive service. Akin, Pinar, Amer, and everyone else were wonderful and very attentive. I hope to see many more people visiting this location and hotel, will defiantly recommend to all our friends.

We had two rooms, one room had dirty beach towels left in the closet, several of them there was no shampoo in the shampoo dispenser. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. The knob of the shower was so tight that a service person had to come and loosen it. Everybody is very responsive and helpful but the preparation prior to guest arrival was well below average.

Tried to double charge us for food made my friend to rent a room for no reason. People were coughing and sneezing without masks on. Faced the most rudest reception. Worst service ever and haven’t seen a hotel that empty. Give it try if u want to waste your money, time and energy.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel was relatively clean, staff were polite and it had an amazing sea view. The hotel was let down massively by poor maintenance, many facilities such as pool waterfalls, outdoor jacuzzi, steam room, lift to the beach were not working. The shower in our bedroom was leaking so every time we used the shower the entire bathroom floor would flood with water. The breakfast was not bad but definitely not what you would expect from a "five star", I've been to 4 star hotels that provide much better breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is expecting 5 star facilities and service.
