Upon check-in, there was a noticeable sewage odor coming from the sink and bathroom. It improved after ventilation and closing the traps, but it seems that further maintenance may be required. In addition, we found an item of underwear left behind by a previous guest on the top shelf of the wardrobe. If rooms are assigned in advance, it would also be helpful to inform guests beforehand that direct access by elevator may not be possible and that additional stairs may be required.
