This is an inexpensive hotel. It is a two star hotel. No breakfast. Needed to Call the property to open the door to register. Front desk is not always staffed. Once you register, you can access your room through a back door and stairway.

This hotel states that it has a lift. However, this turns out on arrival to be a stair lift leading down to the rooms. Parking was also a problem, as it had to be done in a very busy street, where getting out backwards was not something one wants to repeat. There was no breakfast; we were escorted to a bar close by and were give there a cornetto and a capuccino 'on the house'. The personnel of the hotel was very kind, but that did not offset the rest of the experience.

The communication with this property was bad. No one would respond to my messages, so I phoned , and no one spoke English. I tried to call again and they hung up. My flight was delayed and I could not get to stay at this accomm as I did not know if they would be there to let me in. With no other instructions sent , I had to book another luckily, fantastic room just a few minutes from the airport. They picked me up and included breakfast what a relief as a solo traveller. But of course I am out of pocket because it would have been 11.30pm before I would have checked in if I had gone to this original location miles out of the city. So my review is only for the staff, lack of whats app or phone and email communications. Poor.

convenient for archaeology, but requires ear plugs

1. When we arrived at 6 p.m., the place was completely locked. We called their phone number, and a nice guy, a cook?, who spoke no English, let us in. English speaking person is not always available. 2. I thinnk all rooms are facing a noisy street. Ear plugs might do but still difficult to sleep. 3. After checking out in the early morning, we came back to pick up our luggage at noon. A different front desk person was not told that our bill was prepaid 7 weeks ago from the US. She wanted us to stay until she spoke to her manager. We left her our reservation confirmation paperwork. Because of this delay, we nearly missed our bus back to Ladispoli train station. 4. If you are visiting Cerveteri museum (a half block away) and necropolis (2.1km walk or by bus), this B&B's location is perfect (1 min. walk from bus stop). But you just wish the lodging is managed more attentively. The room itself is new, clean and spacious. Street noise will keep you awake (bring your ear plugs) during the night. Nice shower head with good water pressure but the shower is only enclosed by a shower curtain. Water invades the bathroom floor as there are no walls enclosing the shower area. 5. If you are spending just one night, it's okay.

Die Unterkunft ist zwar gut gelegen und eignet sich für einen Zwischenstopp vor oder nach Rom. Auch der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Leider endet hier das Positive. Die Unterkunft war sehr schmutzig: Das Bett war voller Flecken, die Handtücher offenbar bereits benutzt und nur so zusammengelegt, dass man den Schmutz nicht sofort bemerkte. Das Bett im Zimmer 5 war zudem offensichtlich kaputt und lediglich mit Balken abgestützt – man hatte das Gefühl, es könnte jederzeit zusammenbrechen. Die Klimaanlage tropfte, sodass sich jeden Morgen große Pfützen bildeten. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unangenehm. Das Zimmer durfte offiziell bis 10 Uhr genutzt werden, dennoch klopfte die Vermieterin bereits um 8 Uhr an die Tür und drängte auf unser Auschecken. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir zudem über eine Stunde warten, obwohl wir unsere Ankunftszeit im Voraus angekündigt hatten.

il check-in era fino alle 23:30; alle 21:00 la signora mi chiama per sapere dove fossimo (un po’ seccata) perché loro dovevano chiudere (noi avevamo pure provato a chiamare il giorno prima per dire che saremmo arrivati in serata, ma nessuno ha risposto). Le spiego che sull’annuncio erano riportate le 23:30, ma lei nega (dopo, però, riconosce l’errore). Intanto, però, sollecita il nostro arrivo, così noi dobbiamo rimandare la tappa che avevamo da fare. Arriviamo e, vedendo i cani (struttura che li ammette) ci dice con tono severo “non saliranno certo sul letto”. Dopo la nottata avrei voluto dirle che i cani erano l’ultimo dei loro problemi: stanza non fumatori che puzzava terribilmente di fumo e io sono allergica, così antistaminico cortisone. Copriletto bruciato da sigarette, asciugamani bucati e ventola del bagno che non funzionava - con tanto di sanitari che emanavano odori poco carini. Tra i servizi c’era quello del deposito bagagli: mio marito porta la valigia in “reception” e il signore che c’era la mattina pretende di avere un’ora precisa per il ritiro: gli spiega che volevamo visitare la città e saremmo passati nel tardo pomeriggio. Questo si arrabbia dicendo che non capiva. Andiamo al bar a fare colazione, dove si offrono di tenerci loro la valigia. Torniamo, ma era chiuso. Il signore era fuori, gli chiediamo se ci avrebbe potuto aprire e ci risponde arrabbiato “eh, vi fa fatica fare il giro?!”, peccato che noi avessimo consegnato le chiavi per l’entrata secondaria.

Bello... ma per mattinieri!

Ottima posizione in pieno centro storico. Purtroppo dormire al mattino risulta difficile, visto l'affaccio sulla via principale dove fin dalle ore 06:30 passano automobili, camion della mondezza, manutenzione stradale e quant'altro. Struttura molto pulita, meriterebbe voto più alto, ma per chi vuole riposare un po' di più ci vorrebbero tappi per le orecchie! Non è colpa degli albergatori, ma trovare una soluzione insonorizzando meglio le stanze non sarebbe male!

Buona struttura ma personale non idoneo.

Buona struttura ma accoglienza praticamente inesistente. Siamo arrivati e abbiamo trovato la porta d’ingresso chiusa, poco dopo è arrivato un signore ad aprire. Al momento del check-in ci è stato detto che la prenotazione era per il giorno seguente quando in realtà era per quel giorno. Una volta risolto il disguido, senza neanche chiederci i documenti, siamo stati accompagnati in camera, che abbiamo trovato pulita, e con dei buoni comfort. Il giorno seguente per il check-out appena arrivati in reception non c’era nessuno ed un’altra coppia stava aspettando per pagare, poi è arrivato un signore e ci ha fatto pagare in più rispetto a ciò che dovevamo(anche se di poco), dicendoci che a lui era stato detto quel prezzo. Contenti della struttura ma non del servizio che ci è stato riservato.

Stanza grande ma da rivedere: 1. Possibilità di sistemare le proprie cose grucce nella cabina armadio almeno un paio dovrebbero esserci; 2. Bagno con qualche mensola 3. Set di cortesia 4.
