Beautiful house that had everything we needed! Well stocked kitchen, wonderful hot tub/spa. The host was very attentive and responded quickly! Very relaxing weekend with great people. Highly recommend booking this place!

We stayed there because we had to go to Cleveland for cheerleading nationals for my granddaughter. Sonny’s place is very nice. Lots of extras and the pool and hot tub are great. The only drawback that I had was the basement. Other than that, it’s a very nice place to stay. One side of the basement is renovated the other side has seller steps that go down in the basement and there’s no lock on the basement door that comes up into the house.

Best experience ever!!

House was absolutely gorgeous, clean, fully stocked with everything we forgot to bring! Wish we had more time to enjoy the spa and lake. In town for daughter’s college graduation and moving her out of her apartment. Grandparents loved the hot tub!!! You want to rent this cottage for your next family getaway!!

Amazing Cottage in the Country

My family and I had a wonderful stay at your cottage. We had my husband, 3 boys, and me plus grandparents. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were updated and clean with plenty of towels and washcloths. The beds were comfy and there were lots of pillows and blankets. We loved the back deck and the swim spa. So relaxing with a wonderful view of the lake. Everything was decorated so beautifully and the home was comfortable and perfect for our family. Thank you for having us!

She goes the extra mile!

This place was so beautiful and rustic. So peaceful, and it seemed like every time we looked, she kept going the extra mile. Her instructions were very clear and thorough. The spa was HUGE! Every amenity you could dream of, she has it. Very clean! If you’re considering this home as an option for a peaceful getaway, your search is over. THIS IS THE ONE!

This house is deceivingly huge on the inside. Everything is clean and well stocked. Lots of seating and sleeping. The pool is amazing! Comfy bed. Very responsive owners. Could not have been better. We would definitely stay again for the pool alone.

Perfect fall getaway!

Relaxing atmosphere

Stayed here while visiting relatives nearby and enjoyed every minute. The house has antique charm with all modern conveniences. The master bedroom is on the main floor with bathroom right next to it, the two secondary bedrooms are upstairs (interesting, historic stairs so people with some mobility issues need to take their time.) The third possible sleeping space (futon couches) is in the basement (a new set of stairs that felt more secure.) The second bathroom is also on the main level, so people staying on the second level or basement do need to travel for the facilities. Just adding detail because we weren't certain of the layout before we arrived and being older it's something we need to consider. The great room is a good place to sit, relax and watch the birds and wildlife through the large windows if the weather isn't right for sitting on one of the two deck areas. The hot tub/pool was in perfect working order and greatly enjoyed by our party. Sunny is an amazing host and has provided so many nice touches to the house to make it welcoming and feel like a home and not just a motel with extra rooms. We definitely recommend staying at this property, and if we get back this way will hope that it is available for us again.
