"Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, staff is very warm and friendly. Popcorn and sodas available for afternoon/evening snack and both breakfast and dinner are all included with your stay! The food was very good, with several options for both meals. We will definitely return! "

"The pool was freezing and we were unable to sqim, heard a cuatomer complain to lady atvdesk and she told the guy that he can leave or she can call the cops, the guy was just asking why the pool was cold and couldnt they turn heat up. Also when checking in she was being rude on the phone and put her on hold rolling her eyes like she was being bothered. I also had 2 rooms and she took 2 deposits off my card and daughters card and i asked why when we paid for both rooms with 1 card, she got mngry with me. This is poor customer service and we will not be returning.ypu jad alot b of angry gueast last night over the service and the pool. The only reason why we didnt co.e say anything was because we felt she would call cops. I woukd seriously looks at your staff and do something about you pool. Rooms were clean. I will say. Your housekeeping staff is great."
