Ok, depending on price

Very helpful, friendly lady who works there very hard putting up a buffet breakfast. She tries very hard to accommodate everyone but the reality is the place is old, the rooms are ok, there is a smell could be from the pipes and to block the smell they have a very strong odour remover throughout the space . I’m not sure which is worse the real smell it the door remover. If you have allergies you will definitely find it hard to tolerate. It gave us a headache so we tried having all windows open. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountain. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk to restaurants mostly uphill. As a single woman traveling I would probably not feel comfortable to stay here. The towels were in a bad shape, I’m sure they were clean but they were so old, and discoloured that was hard to see if it’s clean. We booked this last minute as we could not find anywhere else and I think it was too expensive for what they offered. The lock to the entry to the building does not work and literally every night we heard someone struggling trying to get in and ringing the doorbell hoping someone to help them get in. It’s stressful when it’s midnight and you have no idea how to enter the building. Phone numbers on the website are all out of service.

Boutique style Hotel in a great location in Cefalu

Our room was a great size, very spacious with a comfortable bed. We even had a balcony with a nice and relaxing view of a garden type area. The boutique hotel was easy to check in and was very secure. It was just a short walk into the town. There was free parking on site or on the street. There was a nice breakfast and coffee in the morning. I would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was convenient to the main city center, the beach, and lot's of great food. The staff member who interacted with us each day, Carlotta, was amazing. She was a very interesting individual to speak with and help each day start off right!

This is was away from the town so it was quiet and easy to get to but still very walkable to beach and old town. Free parking which is also a huge bonus. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was walkable to the main centro around 8-10 mins walk. The apartment was very clean and comfy. The only issue we had was the smell coming from the bathroom (maybe from the plug hole?) We just closed the door and everything was fine. The girl serving the breakfast buffet was vey kind and friendly, breakfast food was very delicious too.

We loved our stay. The host was great she accommodated everything we would like for example making a lovely cappuccino in the morning was a lovely touch! Thank you for everything! The location is lovely- it’s quite high up so definitely make sure you can walk uphill okay when booking the hotel but it was great. We loved Cefalu and the location was so handy for the train station also. The host was really welcoming and helped us by keeping our bags safe as we arrived earlier than the check in time. Thank you.

The property was impeccable clean, very well decorated. I loved the breakfast! Plenty of choices and everything so fresh and made with care. The lady who serves the breakfast is so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended. We found parking next to the property.

updated close to old town but just misses mark

Near restaurants and conveniences however narrow roads and hairpin turns, some without sidewalks made travel downtown challenging. Excellent breakfast. Thin walls. Generic looking room key - I thought we locked our room but a neighbor mistakenly inserted their key and opened our door late. Candles everywhere in room, hall and common area but no matches. We detected a slight sewer smell that appeared to be mitigated by keeping our bathroom door closed.

We enjoyed our stay there. It was a 15-minute walk to town but no big deal though we had to be careful walking the street. The check-in was a little clunky but the staff was wonderful and helpful.

Located next to the train, about 10 minutes walk. The room is big and clean. The host is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious. The beach in Cefalu is beautiful and has a lot of restaurants.

Great place

What a great hotel. We had a balcony that even had a sink out there for us to do our laundry as well as a laundry line. It was perfect 10 minutes we were in downtown and we were able to leave our stuff in the car After we checked out and felt perfectly safe. I would highly recommend this hotel and the air conditioner was wonderful.

Not the warm welcome you expect from a hotel

To be clear: the bed is good, fine matrras and you have a free parking space next to the building, these are all fine. But.. there are some caveats with this booking. The entrance of the apartments have a strong sewage odour to begin with. Also the rooms do not have a safe, nor fridge. You can use the general fridge in the kitchen, if there is some space left, but your stuff can be consumed by others then. The main shadow on this booking where the strange restrictions and penalties. Breakfast has enough veriaty, although we missed cheese slices, but you are only allowed 2 drinks included in the breakfast. If consumed more you have to pay 1.50 per drink. You can eat the whole table but only 2 drinks included. The room linnen rules and penalties covers a half page of text with a wide range of examples of not using the towels. We where too afraid to do something wrong or to break stuff, so decided to leave 2 days earlier and have a more relaxed ending of our holiday somewhere else.

Ruhige und saubere Unterkunft mit nettem Balkon. Frühstück ist völlig in Ordnung. Mitarbeiterin spricht leider wenig bis kein Englisch. Gute Lage, wenn man kein Problem damit hat ca. 10-15 min in die Altstadt zu laufen. Leider ein unerträglicher Abwasser Geruch im Bad aus dem Waschbecken, sodass wir das Fenster dauerhaft auf haben mussten um die Luft im Bad zu ertragen! Sehr schade!

Mycket rent och trivsamt boende. Frukosten kunde inte bli bättre! Värdinnorna var både trevliga och ”lättpratade”. Det vi dock upptäckte för sent var att boendet låg långt upp på en höjd. Lång promenad uppför. (Kanske bör det nämnas i beskrivningen.)
