Tucked between the Cederberg and West Coast, In The Valley is a beautiful self-catering farmhouse offering modern comfort, breathtaking valley views, and the peaceful charm of farm living. Surrounded by the quiet beauty of nature, the mountains stretch wide, the air feels crisp, and time moves just a little slower, making it the perfect escape for slow mornings, peaceful days, and star-filled evenings. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the farmhouse features luxury linen and towels, thoughtful touches throughout, and warm, welcoming interiors filled with natural light. The spacious stoep overlooks panoramic valley views and includes a large outdoor fireplace and a wood-fired hot tub, creating the perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind beneath the stars. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable lounge, and a separate laundry room, making both short and extended stays effortless. The farmhouse comfortably accommodates four guests in two beautifully styled bedrooms with two bathrooms, offering plenty of space to relax. While the home is listed for four guests, we are happy to accommodate a fifth guest on request; however, bedding and towels are not supplied for the fifth guest. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a romantic getaway, or simply escaping the everyday, In The Valley invites you to slow down, reconnect with nature, share good food, and enjoy the simple pleasures of farm life. Guests are welcome to explore the farm's 600 hectares at their own pace by walking, hiking, trail running, cycling, or bass fishing in the farm dam. If you plan to cycle or fish, please bring your own bicycle and fishing equipment. As a warm welcome, you'll be greeted with homemade bread, fresh farm eggs, and homemade peach jam on arrival, while guests celebrating a special occasion will also receive a complimentary bottle of bubbly. As with any working farm, insects are part of the natural environment. While they are not always present, we recommend bringing insect repellent if you are prone to bites or allergies, and Doom insect spray is provided should any little visitors find their way indoors.

Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms. Housekeeping is available on request.
