The entire hotel was disgustingly dirt! From the front entrance to the room. Dirt, mud, broken door, holes in the wall, filthy bathroom, stains on the pillowcases, stains on the lamps shade and coffee grounds stuck to the bottom of the garbage can. Slept on top of the covers for fear of what was under them. Hotels.com should be ashamed for even offering this hotel to people.I am trying to get a full refund.

well kept, quiet, good spot for a quick visit to town. the location and proximity to nearby restaraunts, stores, etc. is good for those who want to go out and do things while still being able to quickly get back to your room once youre tired. ill definitely look into staying here again next time i come to Cedar Rapids.

We stayed in a suite with a jetted tub and the room was very nice and clean. The TV had options for streaming apps and YouTube as well as direct TV so that was nice. Only downside was that the mini fridge was either broken or not plugged in. Staff was courteous and check-in and out was easy

Staff was really nice the only issues with the room was there was sum stains on the sheets but the staff gave me new sheets immediately. Also I just feel like everything needs a good scrub and wipe down and it would be fine. Over all it was a good stay!!

You literally couldn't flush piss down the toilet. After maintenance fix the constant flowing water the toilet stopped up and the owner handed me the plunger to fix it myself. At breakfast their coffee machine in the lobby had a continuous steam of hot water leaking out the breakfast was not maintained. No sausage at 9 and no attention to the water hazard.
