We were in the area for the state swim meet in St. John and decided to get a house instead of a hotel room. We are so glad we did. This property was perfect. Lots of space, newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, and several lakeview balconies. The sunrise over the lake was absolutely breathtaking. Lots of restaurants and things to do within 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

This home is immaculate! It looks like everything has been recently remodeled. Everything looks brand new and very modern. Terry was very responsive and accommodating. This home is such a good deal for the size and the condition. Awesome elevated deck outside. My guests were very happy with their stay.

Highly recommend. Plenty of room for a family gathering, plus enough good-sized bedrooms for people to have their own space. 2 TV gathering areas with a pop-a-shot and karaoke machine that we enjoyed. Despite the hot and humid weather outside, home was pleasant and cool inside. Everything was up-to-date. clean, plush bedding and towels made you feel special. Lovely coffee bar and large open kitchen with plenty of space and tools to cook your food or lots of good food close by. We enjoyed dinner at the Sandbar Grill, which served breakfast all day. The house is close to lake for nice walks or sit on one of the balconies or decks to enjoy a great view and nice space outside. Also a Park to sit by the lake, 4 minute walk. Terry responded quickly to our messages. Clear and concise check-in and checkout instructions. Easy to find with a large driveway for multiple cars. Close to so many things. If traveling with a person who doesn't manage stairs, this might not be the place for your family as they are older type stairs. We would stay there again if in the area and recommend it to others

Lovely house, great location

The house is lovely, well decorated and great for a family - there is even a room decorated for children with a floor bed for littles. Unfortunately the air conditioner went out and we had to find alternate lodging, but the host was great about communicating with us and we got a refund without any issues.
