We enjoyed our stay, the little shops and streets were amazing! The room was very clean which is very important to us. The restaurant food was great!

I highly recommend this place the Marine, life, dolphins, birds, etc. were just amazing and lots of them and the views were stunning out over the Gulf of Mexico, excuse me, the Gulf of America, the shops and restaurants were all in within walking distance and the host were fantastic. Cedar key is a well kept secret in Florida.

Cedar Key stay

The property was clean, comfortable, well decorated, and was located perfectly within Cedar Key. Additionally, communication was commendable. If Cedar Key is of interest to you, I highly recommend this place.

The place was spotless and the views were stunning. Communication with the owner/rental company is AI, no human. The beds were comfortable except something outside the window was banging all night long. We had to use earplugs and sleep with our pillows over our heads.

Great Location, hospitable Hosts

Excellent location, close to everything in Cedar Key. Host management company was very informative and conversant. Property was very comfortable with dramatic oceanfront view.

Great place to get away from the city. Many active dolphins were great to watch. Looking to come back. We had our sons 6th birthday party here.

We had a wonderful stay in CK. The host was very responsive to a few issues we had and made it at special trip. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful few days in Cedar Key. Our waterfront condo could not have been better. We had an issue with the front door and management was very prompt with resolving this problem. We will definitely come back to Cedar Key and hopefully stay in this same condo. It is well done and very comfortable!

Nice relaxing weekend with family

Met our family there for the weekend. Wanted a spot on the water and did this deliver! Right on the water, lots of dolphin watching; fishing from the shore and walkable to shops, restaurants and the park. Brought my beach bike and rode all around downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Great location, very clean and spacious.

Should consider renaming room to dolphin cove!

The condo and property were neat and clean. The balcony overlooked the bay where we watched a pod of up to fifteen dolphins every morning and evening! Close proximity to all restaurants. We really enjoyed the quaint little town.

Well-kept, quiet waterfront property. Great view from balcony. Location convenient to public beach and quaint downtown. Most people get around on rented golf carts. Town is still recovering from 2024 hurricane. Most restaurants and bars only open Wednesday or Thursday through Sunday.

Nice condo. Very spacious and clean, although note there are no toiletries provided like shampoo and conditioner. Good communication. Little disappointed after confirming that the hot tub was working that it was broken. I booked a place way bigger than what I needed just to have this feature because I threw my back out and wanted to soak in heat. They apologized, but did not offer any solution or discount on my stay. I was not permitted to check in early at all even though no one was there, they did let me stay until noon for checkout, which was appreciated.

Please update the website to reflect that there is NO hot tub. It has been out since the hurricane last fall and is not fixed. It should not be listed as a feature.
