The overall upkeep of the property was lacking. There are two elevators one was out of service and the other one didn’t feel safe so much so we used the stairs at every opportunity. The TV in the room consistently froze. The room was covered in dust, I asked if housekeeping could dust the room during that day’s cleaning, the front desk said yes but it never happened. The pool area had a very strong sewage smell and when we asked about it they said ‘the sewage line was cleaned yesterday’ and that was that. I’d stayed at the property a few years ago and it was nice but it has certainly gone down since. As the property is being currently managed, I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was on the dirty side. Elevators had issue. One was inoperable while the other… we thought it would have been best to take the stairs if we weren’t on the 4th floor. The stay was affordable though. Dennis (works the breakfast) took his job seriously and that was appreciated. Kudos to him!
