This hotel is a gem. I stay weekly at hotels nationwide and this one is on my return list! The staff are excellent, the rooms are and smell clean, the breakfast was great. This hotel is on par with National brands that charge double. Keep up the good work and whenever I am in the Cedar City area this will be my go to hotel.

Very clean room. Parking is tight. I have stayed on both sides of the hotel, try to get upstairs opposite side of freeway to avoid noise. Otherwise a great reasonable choice.

Very well maintained property. Disappointed that major construction was going on when we arrived and there was no warning before we booked. It turned out not to be too disruptive but should have been flagged because the whole front of the hotel was torn up.

Our rooms were nice and clean. The only negative about the room was that the pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast is the best thing about the Abbey Inn. A lot of choices.

We received a warm welcome, and they were able to give us an early check-in. This was excellent for going to see some of the plays at theShakespearean Festival. Breakfast was tasty and convenient. We had other good dining nearby.

Property is listed as Pet Free, but dogs are allowed in certain units. The "Full Restaurant on Site" isn't part of the hotel, it's a IHOP that you have to cross construction to get to. Breakfast is very basic. There was a stain on the sheer curtain in front of the window. This was an okay, 3/5 experience, not what I expected based on the description and prior reviews!
