The staff was fantastic opponent entry and then I got up to the rooms and the rooms were great and so were the amenities. I must stay next time I come back to Cebu. I will stay there.

No lift and all rooms on floors 3 to 6 with no info on that at booking time. No TV but strong wifi; rooms are clean and nice. Cafe on ground floor and Chinese restaurant on first. Unless you are fit and healthy one to avoid unless or until they install elevator.
